037 Deluxe
We always knew we wanted to create a deluxe version of the 037, so we took our time refining the details that would elevate the classic single-cut shape. This design draws much of its silhouette from the original 037 but introduces a carved top and an additional pickup for a broader tonal palette. Inspired by other models in our range, we’ve incorporated a narrower waist and a more open, roomier lower horn—enhancing comfort for extended playing sessions and making upper fret access effortless. A Flame Maple top completes the body, chosen for both its tonal depth and aesthetic appeal.
Tonewoods & Sound
The body can be built from either Mahogany or Cedrela, both of which pair beautifully with the Flame Maple top. The chambered construction unlocks new sonic possibilities, adding warmth and depth to the guitar’s voice. Mahogany delivers a classic, rich tone, while Cedrela offers a lightweight alternative without compromising resonance.
For pickups, we’ve chosen a PAF-style humbucker—a go-to choice for many players when they see a single-cut guitar like this. The best PAFs are clear and articulate, offering the warmth and punch of a P90 without the hum. These pickups are incredibly versatile and have been responsible for some of the most iconic guitar tones of the past 60 years.
Every component is carefully selected to maximize tonal clarity and dynamic response. That’s why we use Paper In Oil capacitors, CTS pots, and a Switchcraft jack and switch—because in the pursuit of the perfect instrument, the smallest details make all the difference.
